Suman Jayadev, M.D., is a board-certified neurologist at UW Medical Center’s Neurology Clinic and director of the UW’s Neurogenetics Clinic and Huntington’s Disease Society of America Center of Excellence. She provides services at Harborview’s Memory and Brain Wellness Center and the Muscular Dystrophy Association Care Center. She is also a UW associate professor of Neurology and adjunct associate professor of Medical Genetics.
Dr. Jayadev cares for patients with Huntington disease, spinocerebellar ataxias, muscular dystrophies, and other inherited diseases. She strives to create active partnerships with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Jayadev earned her M.D. from New York Medical College. She is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Neurological Association. Her clinical interests include neurogenetics and neurodegenerative disease. Her research interests include neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration.
